Structure of the Union

Marta Winiarska - lawyer, manager, public relations and public affairs expert in healthcare. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Lazarski University (Faculty of Intellectual Property Protection), as well as postgraduate studies in management at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed a postgraduate program in Public Relations.

For many years associated with economic issues and health protection. At the beginning of her professional career, she was a journalist for Polish Radio Three. In the following years, the press officer, advisor, head of economic and healthcare departments in PR agencies.

She collaborated closely with the Ministry of Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Environment on projects aimed at accelerating start-ups and innovative SMEs and international expansion of Polish entrepreneurs, including in the United Kingdom, China, Russia, Germany, and the Czech Republic. She co-organized the Polish-American Innovation Week in California in 2014. For almost 5 years, she has been in charge of public affairs and public relations at the Association of Innovative Pharmaceutical Companies INFARMA, representing the organization in the Parliament, the Social Dialogue Council, industry conferences, the media and EFPIA.

From October 1, 2021, she has taken up the position of Managing Director of the Polish Union of Innovative Medical Biotechnology Companies BioInMed. At the first General Assembly, she was elected to serve as the President of the Union.
